As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, Spin77 may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
Spin77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed in the cashier section of the Platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Spin77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. Spin77 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your Spin77 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. Spin77 will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted at Spin77's discretion and may require additional verification.
Spin77 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section. Spin77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable regulations.
All transactions on the Spin77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.
No Third-Party Payments: Spin77 strictly prohibits the use of payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

Spin77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings that were awarded in error or obtained through conduct that Spin77 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute bonus abuse.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, Spin77 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Spin77 will not be liable for any loss arising from a technical error or malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games on the Spin77 Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted by Spin77 at any time without prior notice.
Spin77 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold payments where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of irregular betting activity. Spin77 cooperates with relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities in the investigation of such matters.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Spin77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Spin77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of Spin77.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spin77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if Spin77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Spin77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Spin77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
